I wonder if every employer is looking for experienced workers, where will the fresh graduate get their experience. Most of them are at home, with nothing to do as far as their profession is concerned. There are employers who have discovered that younger professionals are talented, dynamic and knowledgeable. These employers give fresh graduates opportunities to grow themselves. These are the companies that are leading in innovative solutions for the society. So, is there a half-baked graduate? No, everybody has a starting point.
